- Perform mammography according to Breast Center standards, ensuring high-quality images.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and examination rooms.
- Accurately input patient information into ID flasher systems.
- Document pertinent patient information on history sheets.
- Conduct quality control procedures and track exams in Radiology Information Systems.
- Ensure patient comfort and provide clear explanations of procedures.
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Assist Radiologists during procedures and core needle biopsies.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and maintain patient privacy.
- ARRT(R) and ARRT(M) certification.
- Certified Mammographer with Ohio licensure.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mammography.
- Proficiency in operating mammography and ultrasound equipment.
- Knowledge of sterile technique and quality control procedures.
- Completion of 15 C.E. hours in Mammography.
