- Full time, 40 hours per week.
- Weekdays only, 4x10's and 5x8-hour shifts.
- No weekends or call required.

- Perform interventional evaluations and consultations for new patients (including Spravato and ketamine).
- Build a solid patient base of medication management patients.
- Administer Spravato, sub-q ketamine, or IM ketamine to applicable patients.
- Educate patients to ensure treatment plan adherence.
- Provide and manage direct patient care, new patient evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.
- Develop and implement patient care management plans, record progress notes, and assist in provision of continuity of care.
- Prescribe medications and other treatment modalities as appropriate to assessed medical conditions and refer patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate.
- Function as part of an integrated, multi-disciplinary team to provide collaborative care.
- Use validated rating scales, according to Heading protocols, to assist with diagnosis, treatment selection, therapeutic monitoring, and disposition.
- Instruct and counsel patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens.
- Communicate with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional information.

- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication that is clear, well-organized, and demonstrates an understanding of audience needs.
- Utilize genuine and positive communication to make each patient feel informed, understood, and special.

- Licenses: Current Texas APRN (or equivalent) License (required)
- Education level: Nurse Practitioner (or equivalent) with PMHNP (or equivalent) specialization.
- Patient-centric attitude and commitment to quality patient care.
- Initiative, creativity, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS (required).
- Compensation: $130,000-$180,000 (base + bonus).
