    Announcement Information

    Part-time non-eligible summer positions are not part of the Oakland County Merit System. These positions are limited to 520 hours during the summer months. This position will be working from mid-April 2024 to mid-September 2024.
    Job Summary

    Performs common custodial duties designed to support a clean, healthy, safe, and organized work environment for Oakland County facilities and property. Sweeps, dusts, and damp/wet mops floors. Vacuums carpeting, dusts, cleans, and polishes furniture and fixtures, and empties wastebaskets. Cleans and stocks restrooms with supplies. Moves furniture, supplies, and equipment, and unloads and stores custodial supplies delivered to building. May be scheduled on a day or afternoon shift. Utilizes current county-wide and/or department specific software to complete assignments.
