- Must have 3-10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Must have 3-10+ years of experience with Commercial or Education Construction
- Must have managed construction projects with budgets over 20+ Million
- Lead and manage on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop detailed project plans
- Coordinate and schedule construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and deadlines
- Monitor the performance of construction crews to ensure work is carried out according to specifications and safety standards
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Foster effective communication between project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and provide regular project updates to senior management and clients
- Monitor project costs and work closely with the project management team to control expenses
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges or obstacles that may impact project progress
- BS in Construction Management or similar preferred
- Base salary of $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
