- Answering telephones professionally and directing calls
- Company credit card reconciliation
- Accounts Receivable collections
- Review/Approve customer credit applications.
- Accounts Payable statements and filing
- Open and distribute mail.
- Complete other duties as necessary or assigned by Management team.

- Previous QuickBooks experience
- Knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles to include Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and is a team player.
- Possess and uses good written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency and accuracy on computer; strong skills in Microsoft operating systems and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Ability to multi-task and exercise good time management skills.
- Ability to work well in high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrate ability to relate to people and deal effectively in difficult situations.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the accounting field

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with prior accounting or bookkeeping experience to join our team.
