Job Summary
As a surveyor for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), you will conduct licensing surveys for assisted housing facilities to ensure compliance with state regulations. You will investigate complaints and determine if agencies/programs are in substantial compliance..Responsibilities
• Document survey and investigation findings• Review facility-generated Plans of Correction
• Provide technical assistance to agencies/providers
- Dental Insurance – The State pays 100% of employee-only premiums ($395.72 annual value).
- Social Services Program Specialist I
- This is inclusive of a 1.00% recruitment and retention stipend.
