The Position

The Project Manager is primary responsible for coordinating, assigning and managing the team to successfully follow the scope of work for one or more projects at a time.

Job Duties

• Report to the General Manager
• Responsible for managing multiple team members on a job
• Responsible for overall management of one or more projects
• Evaluate and execute the scope of work
• Responsible for notifying General Manager when there is risk of project not meeting schedule
• Prepares schedule for projects
• Arrange for permits as needed
• Work with crew members to resolve problems as discovered
• Create and maintain jobsite inventories
• If a responsibility or task needs to be completed, fill-in as needed depending on priority

Preferred Skills, Experience & Requirements

• Good communicator
• Organize, plan and prioritize work
• Knowledgeable of Local, State and Federal code application and how to determine code requirements
• Knowledge of Industry policies and procedures
• Ability to set goals and monitor them
• Excellent problem solving capabilities
• Conduct themselves in a professional manner
• Minimum of 3 years of experience and knowledge in water, flood, fire, smoke, and mold remediation
• Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
