Primary Care Physician - Bridgeport Family Medicine Clinic

About the Role

We are seeking a primary care physician to join our dedicated team at PMG Bridgeport Family Medicine clinic. As part of a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered medical home, you will work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, behavior health providers, clinical pharmacists, case managers, and a supportive clinical team.

Full-time position with flexibility between .75 and 1.0 FTE
4 days/week schedule Monday to Friday
Excellent base guarantee for experienced physicians, plus quality incentives, signing bonus, and relocation assistance available
