    Job Summary

    In this role, you will assist with various tasks related to solicitation and bidding for various medical products in the Law Enforcement and Public Safety market under guidance from the Contracting and Customer Service department leadership.

    This role is responsible for cradle-to-grave administration and submission of solicitations, agreements, contract support, supplier registrations, and monitoring for opportunities.

    S/he will provide oversight and coordination of the day-to-day workings of the related projects, knowledge of the contract requirements and ensure compliance to the agreed upon terms.

    This position will work from home and can be located anywhere in the continental United States.

    Essential Job Functions
    Administers various market agreements including solicitations, quotes, product customization.
    Coordinates requirements with market leader, sales representatives, and customer service.
    Completes and submits supplier registrations through identified submission sites or customer directed location
    Ensures

    contracts/agreements

    are in accordance with legal requirements, customer specification, and align with corporate policy.
    Ensures compliance with contractual terms and conditions, flow down requirements and all reporting requirements.
    Responds to solicitations from various customers within the LEO & Public Safety market as needed.

    Receives and reviews awarded solicitations and contracts for acceptance and ensures they are processed to customer service in an efficient and timely manner.

    Processes invoices, if identified, into customer invoicing systems as required.
    Prepares documents for contract modification submissions, and subsequently submits and tracks them through award.
    Supports contracting cross-functional initiatives through special projects as needed.


    Requirements:
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree or 3+ years' experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
    Basic knowledge and experience with FAR, DFAR, other agency supplements, and applicable U.S. laws and regulations required.
    Good written and verbal communication and presentations skills as demonstrated by success in prior position(s) using Microsoft products to include Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
    Task and/or schedule maintenance (Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams) experience preferred.

    Physical Requirements

    Performing the duties of this job regularly involves sitting or standing at a desk; hearing/listening, repetitive hand movement; vision requirements for this position include close vision, the ability to adjust focus, and to color code.

    This position requires the ability to maintain an appropriate work pace; comprehend and follow instructions; exercise logic and reasoning; organize and prioritize; read; compose written communication; communicate verbally; problem solve, make decisions; analyze and interpret data; multi-task/re-direct; experience numerous interruptions.

    Other Requirements
    This position requires travel approximately 10+% of the time.
