    What we need...


    The EMR Remote Outreach Coordinator is responsible for making telephonic communication with the assigned medical provider offices to aid in Ciox's ability to retrieve medical records as needed.

    In addition, the Outreach Coordinator will secure the applicable number of Credentials to meet Project Pacing and Demand.

    Responsibilities


    • Contact healthcare facilities across the country via telephone or email to schedule retrieval of medical records for Ciox clients
    • Build and maintain relationships with provider offices to ensure Ciox service level agreements are met
    • Set retrieval method by either EMR Remote (EMRR), Onsite CRS, Mail, Fax, or Provider Portal
    • Secure Credentials and access for EMRR Processors, including acquiring provider EMR info, initiating the EMR logins acquisition and troubleshooting
    • Operate as the single point of contact for all matters regarding set up of EMRR retrieval with the provider site
    • Updating outreach information and status within Ciox system and other databases and trackers
    • Relay technical issues related to EMR Remote retrievals to internal IT teams, ensuring timely communication with provider office/provider IT to resolve issues
    • Maintain an excel spreadsheet of daily work as directed
    • Must work email request throughout the day and respond timely
    • Responsible to meet company set performance goals (KPIs)
    • Accurate record keeping and data management
    • Adhere to the Company's Code of Conduct and policies and maintain HIPAA compliance
    • Assist with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required
    Qualifications


    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • 1 year of Call Center Experience, outbound call and/or sales call experience strongly preferred
    • Experience in a healthcare environment or office setting is preferred
    • 2-year EMR related experience strongly preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Telephone skills including the ability to speak clearly with a pleasant and professional tone.
    • Must be detail oriented and possess good organization skills
    • Able to interpret and communicate information accurately
    • Reliable and dependable work ethic
    • Possess good judgment, patience, and diplomacy
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workflow
    • Ability to follow a call script
    • Basic computer skills including Microsoft based applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook) and the ability to perform other basic computer functions and trouble shooting


    To ensure the safety of patients and staff, many of our clients require post-offer health screenings and proof and/or completion of various vaccinations such as the flu shot, Tdap, COVID-19, etc.

    Any requests to be exempted from these requirements will be reviewed by Ciox Human Resources and determined on a case-by-case basis.

    Pay ranges for this job title may differ based on location, responsibilities, skills, experience, and other requirements of the role.
