    Under the direction of the Operations Finance Manager, generates and analyzes financial information by performing the following duties.

    Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities Partner with Operations to develop Annual Operating Plan and forecasts which include Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet KPIs (sales, labor, overhead, materials cost, working capital)Monitor and report financial performance , explain variances to budgets, forecasts and prior year.

    Prepare and present consolidated reports to management as appropriate.
    Analyze and present production variances such as price variance, material variance, scrap, labor/burden spend, and volume variances.

    Directly involved and drive analysis and development of FY standard cost.including overhead absorption alignment with operating planSupport development of FY standard costs including periodic analysis of routings and BOMs to ensure standard costs are accurate.

    Prepares and analyzes quarterly inventory reserve calculation.
    Support physical inventory/cycle count process with reporting and analysis.

    Track sales performance, providing detailed analysis of variancesAssist in automation of reports and analysisAssists others in the organization to gather information in IFS or BW.Assists Operations Finance Manager and management with projectsAll other duties as assigned.

    Education And Experience Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting or finance, 7+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers or others in the organization.
    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
    Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

    Preferred Skills And Abilities Advanced excel skillsDemonstrated analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
    Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with all levels within the organization.
