    Senior Medical Assistants/MA-C

    are MAs with over 2 years of experience (6 months at a BRAND clinic).

    In addition to standard MA responsibilities like helping with administrative and clinical tasks, you'll take on a leadership role and help guide clinic operations and counsel Associate Medical Assistants beginning their careers.

    After a year of service as a Senior Medical Assistant, and a MA-C designation, you'll be eligible for a Lead MA promotion and additional leadership responsibilities.

    Required Qualifications:


    Coursework/Training:
    Graduate of accredited school for medical assistants, or

    Coursework/Training:
    Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program, or

    Coursework/Training:
    Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces.
    Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.
    National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
    2 years of Medical assisting experience in a clinic setting.

    2 years of experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.

    6 months of working experience in a PSJH clinic within the last 3 years.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    National Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.

    The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
