- Prospect, pitch, and close new national-level shipper accounts
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; consistently hit revenue targets
- Develop tailored logistics solutions (TL, LTL, intermodal, specialized)
- Lead high-impact presentations and negotiations with senior decision makers
- Manage and grow key accounts to ensure long-term success
- Partner with operations and carrier sales to ensure flawless execution
- Stay current on market pricing, capacity trends, and competitive activity
- 3-7+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
- Proven success selling FTL, LTL, intermodal, or multimodal services
- Strong shipper relationships and a demonstrated track record of closing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel nationally as needed
