- Become an expert on Field Service products as directed by the Implementation Team Lead.
- Provide online end user training to customers and internal personnel, along with assisting in best practice recommendations.
- Understand customer processes to advise on and train processes that align with the software's capabilities.
- Translate technical information into training suitable for users at different levels.
- Stay updated on new product offerings and functionalities.
- Work independently with a sense of urgency and handle multiple training projects simultaneously.
- 3+ years of experience supporting or training customers in various environments.
- BA/BS in education, accounting, communication, or related fields preferred.
- Business process consultation experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, troubleshooting initiative, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Organizational skills and experience in related industries are beneficial.
