• Seasoned Expertise: 7 years of experience in firewall and network administration, with a focus on firewall management.
• Firewall Mastery:

Hands-on experience in firewall administration, including maintenance, upgrades, testing, and configuration changes.

• Versatile Knowledge:

Proficiency in router and switch administration, with expertise in Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, and Check Point firewalls.

• Cloud Security:

Experience with AWS, Azure, and Palo Alto Prisma.

• Architecture Acumen:

Desired experience in firewall and security architecture.

• Best Practice Savvy:

strong understanding of firewall management and cybersecurity principles.

• Documentation Proficiency:

Skilled in developing and updating technical documentation using tools like Visio.

• Tool Proficiency:

Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) and network monitoring tools.

• SOP Development:

Ability to generate and leverage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Security Alert Management:

Familiarity with investigating IDS/IPS alerts.

• Regulatory Compliance:

Understanding of PCI principles and best practices.
