- Prepare/review 1040 returns, 1041 experience a plus
- Prepare/review Flow Through business returns to include making applicable book/tax entries
- International and state tax return experience is a plus
- Learn/use FORVIS tax technology applications through on-the-job training
- Ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all FORVIS procedures
- This position has flexible hours as mutually agreed upon by FORVIS and can be done remotely. We ask for a commitment of at least 20 hours per week when available, but 40 hours or more would be preferred. 3 years or more of tax accounting, preferably within a large public accounting environment
- Supervisory experience
- Tax return review experience
- BS in Accounting
- CPA or EA certification
- Prior experience with seasonal work
- CCH Axcess, GoSystems, Corptax, OneSource, BNA fixed assets, and/or TaxStream experience
- Experience with SurePrep
