    Job Description

    Swim Instructor Duties can include, but are not limited to:


    Effectively teaching and communicating levels of progression to learn how to swim.

    • Being organized and diligent with time management and lesson schedule
    • Desire to expand and grow in their swim knowledge and teaching techniques
    • Great communication skills with clients and fellow staff members


    Swim Instructor pay rate ranges starting at $20 an hour, BOE.

    Requirements

    The Montogmery Swim Academy is currently seeking passionate Swim Instructors to teach individual and group swim lessons. These individuals can start at $20 dollars an hour, with room to grow

    Qualifications:

    • To be a swim instructor you must be American Red Cross WSI certified or have minimum 1-year previous experience.

    Job Type: Part-time, Weekday Evenings and Weekends available (Open hours of M-F 5:30pm-9pm, Sat 9am-2pm hours a week
