Job summary
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Insurance Sales Trainee program. This role merges outbound sales, customer service and consultative guidance. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients through outbound calls lead follow-up networking and referrals assessing client needs and recommending coverage solutions including Auto Home Life and Commercial policies achieving monthly production goals by selling and cross-selling insurance products.
