We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Excavating Laborers and Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team.

In this dual role, you will be responsible for performing excavation labor tasks as well as operating heavy machinery to support the successful completion of excavation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform excavation labor tasks such as digging, trenching, install underground pipe
• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and bulldozers to move materials
• Assist with equipment maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machinery and performing labor tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate project tasks and goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Must be willing to travel when needed


Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in an excavating setting
• Experience with excavation labor tasks and techniques
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
