- Prospecting daily and building your own book of business.
- Cold calling and setting appointments with qualified B2B prospects.
- Developing national and regional account opportunities.
- Managing and growing retail chain service accounts.
- Conducting professional sales presentations.
- Building long-term customer relationships.
- Learning commercial roofing systems and service solutions.
- Working independently in your territory.

What You'll Need
- 2–3 years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Lead generation and cold-calling experience.
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Roofing or construction sales experience is a plus but not required.Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary (55k-75k per year) PLUS Uncapped Commissions
