Part-time Accounts Payable Specialist -In Office 2 days a month - $28/hr - $33/hr

CV Resources has partnered with a company in San Diego for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. *It will be 20 hours a week (could grow to more) and Contract-to-Hire*Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable invoices accurately and timely
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure all payments are made in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
• Process biweekly check runs

Must have solid - 3 years experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable

Must have experience with a large ERP (not just QuickBooks)
