Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities.The Facilities Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, basic electrical, rail cars silos pumps PMs on compressors etc.)
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment Respond to maintenance requests emergency repairs as needed Troubleshoot repair mechanical systems infrastructure Maintain accurate maintenance records PM documentation Assist with contractor oversight coordination when required Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies equipment Ensure compliance with safety standards regulations Coordinate with external vendors contractors when needed
