    Job Description

    We are seeking part-time crew members to work during lunch shifts. These roles offer flexibility, with opportunities to work varying lengths and days based on individual availability.

    As a Jersey Mike's team member, you will learn about our business, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and develop social skills that benefit your life.

    This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and taking pride in maintaining a clean restaurant that exceeds expectations.

    To succeed, you must commit to company goals, including creating high-quality food, providing excellent customer service, and multitasking in a team-driven atmosphere.

    Requirements

    • Create food consistent with Jersey Mike's quality standards
    • Maintain a noticeably cleaner restaurant than others
    • Work in a fast-paced team environment
    • Ability to multitask and work with urgency
    • Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience

    Qualifications

    • Education: High school degree or equivalent
    • 1 Year QSR experience preferred
    • Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
    • Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
