Digital Project and Operations Manager
Key Role:
Manages tasks and initiatives associated with product development life cycle for digital products and services. Apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with digital product or project management
Experience with modeling business processes, process analysis methodologies, or capturing requirements
Experience with the product development life cycle
Experience with project tracking and management tools, including Monday and Microsoft Project
Experience with AdobeXD, Miro, Figma, or Balsamiq
Experience working and collaborating with technical staff and engineers
Experience with identifying documentation gaps and creating process documentation items
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with systems and software engineering
Experience with working on projects for multiple integrated systems
Possession of excellent presentation, critical thinking, and analytics skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master's degree
Agile or Project Management Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172, annualized USD).The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
