    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Converge Medical Technology.


    Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize market share in new and emerging markets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with spine surgeons, pain management doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapists through daily sales calls.
    • Conduct in-depth in-services with providers to identify ideal patients for our innovative solutions.
    • Maintain expertise on Veterans Administration, Workers Compensation, Department Of Labor, and Personal Injury processes to ensure revenue growth beyond objectives.
    • Provide frontline patient care by delivering devices to patients' homes and educating them on our programs.
    • Collaborate with fellow team members to exchange and implement best practices.

    Requirements:

    • A valid driver's license.
    • The ability to lift 75 lbs regularly.
    • Must live in the Philadelphia Market.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1+ years of sales experience in a related industry.
    • Proven sales acumen and strategic planning abilities.
    • Knowledge of medical equipment, Workers' Compensation, and Veterans Administration.

    Salary Range:

    $55,000 - $65,000 per year
