    Description
    Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)- Full-Time (typical hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm including one evening Monday-Thursday until 8:00pm required)

    The successful candidate must have:
    Current Licensure in the state of IA. One to two years clinical experience. Current BCLS and Mandatory Reporter certification (preferred). Basic computer skills. Bilingual Spanish a plus.


    General Functions of Position:
    Provide healthcare to a diverse patient population. Provide continuity of care to assigned patients. Provide care to patients assigned to other providers when needed. Need to be flexible in schedule.
