    Description

    Duties:

    • Develop analytics using Java MapReduce and Python in the Linux (Red Hat version 7+) environment.
    • Develop prototypes, answering new questions, as well as providing better answers to existing questions.
    • Develop analytics for survey and intelligence value assessments.
    • Work directly with the customer in a highly collaborative, integrated fast-paced environment using leading technologies.
    • Provide software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution

    Requirements Minimum Qualifications:

    • A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a Polygraph is required.
    • Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree in plus 6 years of relevant experience
    An Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 12 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position


    • Computer Science (CS) degree or related field
    • Experience with Java MapReduce, the Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS), and technologies such as Hadoop Hive, Pig, Etc.
    • Experience with distributed scalable Big Data Store (NoSQL) such as H Base, CloudBase/Accumulo, Big Table, etc.
    • Experience with serialization such as JSON and/or BSON; developing restful services; and using source code management tools.
    • Experience developing software solution using Python

    • Tech/Team leadership
    • Atlassian Jira & Confluence
    • SIGINT Analysis
    • Experience with Gitlab & Maven
    • Kanban Agile process experience
