Description
Chief EngineerThis position will be responsible for leading a major laser communications payload program within the Space Technologies Division.
This position requires both a technical and project engineering background.
The candidate will be responsible for the resign and development of optical communication systems.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee product lifecycle:
design, development, quality and safety
Work together with program management teams and technical teams
Lead peer reviews and design verification tests and develop project plans.
Requirements
Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
Space hardware engineering experience
Experience providing technical leadership throughout a product lifecycle
Opto-mechanical systems engineering
Laser communications
