- Manage and oversee a broad range of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, analyze cases, statutes, and legal precedents to develop effective strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and negotiations.
- Licensed to practice in Ohio
- 3-7+ years of experience as a business litigation associate handling breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business divorces, business torts, real estate, zoning issues, employment issues related to the company and more
- Experience representing clients in all aspects of litigation including negotiations and settlement agreements.
