    Title: Account Executive-Partnerships

    Job Description:

    Your role will be to build and manage channel and referral partnerships to grow Icon's revenue and customer base. To be successful, you'll need to be open to traveling and making the most of every opportunity.

    About the role

    Icon is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Account Executive-Partnerships to join a growing team You are a tech-savvy salesperson who is passionate about collaborating and driving sales with partners. This position will be based in Denver, CO, but open to remote for the right candidate. Your main role will be building and managing channel and referral partnerships to grow Icon's revenue and customer base. To be successful, you'll need to be open to making the most of every probable opportunity.

    A Day in the Life

    • Generate new opportunities via existing and new partners using outbound tactics (cold calling, zoom, LinkedIn, email sequences etc).
    • Enthusiastically articulate Icon's value proposition to build meaningful relationships and drive sales with partners.
    • Activate and manage a pipeline of various partner opportunities across several verticals.
    • Ensure effective and consistent use of CRM.
    • Work with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly.
    • Work with the Head of Partnerships to negotiate and finalize deals with partners that benefit the company.
    • Work with other internal Icon teams to ensure the Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.

    What we're looking for

    • 3+ years of sales experience working in B2B tech/SaaS sales and co-selling with Partner field sales resources, managing a lead funnel
    • Experience in payroll/HCM sales is strongly preferred but not required.
    • Curiosity and interest in financial products and retirement planning
    • Self-motivated and adaptable to change
    • Experience leveraging sales technology resources like Hubspot, Linkedin, outreach sequencing, etc...
    • Desire to have fun, collaborate, be curious, and learn.
