- Support manufacturing operations by testing, debugging, and assembling printed circuit boards
- Perform rework on PCBA's following procedures
- Assist in the integration of optoelectronics/mechanical/software/firmware into instruments
- Load software/firmware, run tests, and debug PCBA as required
- Proficient in soldering and component replacement at board level
- Handle ESD sensitive components
- Repair and troubleshoot defective products
- Assist in building and testing prototypes
- Conduct data collection and analysis
- Perform other assigned work-related activities
- Test product performance
- Associates Degree in electronics or equivalent experience
- Experience in electronic bench testing down to component level
- Ability to read electronic schematics and interpret circuit procedures
- Great communication, computer skills, attention to detail, and organization
- Understanding of engineering principles
- Ability to recommend and implement improvements
- Excellent team player with strong communication, documentation, and work ethic
- Demonstrated safety consciousness
- Experience in a startup environment
