Successful Communications Company in New York City is seeking a

Director of Information Technology

with strong management skills to join our team As the primary point of contact for our MSP, you will manage the relationship and ensure the successful delivery of IT projects.

You will also be responsible for managing a team of two helpdesk operations and maintaining vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
Purchase new technology, software, and equipment as needed
Prepare reports
Primary point of contact for the MSP,
Manage the relationship and ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects.
Communicate IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and security in tandem with the Head of Operations.
Manage the planning and budgeting,


Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in IT management roles
• Must have strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including network architecture, cloud services, and cybersecurity principles.
• Must be highly organized, flexible, and detail-oriented.
