    Overview

    We are in search of an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to manage all inventory-related operations at our Apparel Distribution Center that houses multiple renowned brands. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proven leadership skills to drive the team towards operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Capacity Planning: Strategize and coordinate optimal inventory placement within the warehouse to facilitate efficient order processing.
    • Accuracy Assurance: Establish and enforce inventory control protocols to uphold precise inventory records and minimize discrepancies.
    • Team Leadership: Guide and inspire a team of inventory control associates, offering training and feedback to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
    • Inventory Audits: Conduct regular inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation to address discrepancies promptly.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate warehouse procedures to recommend enhancements for increased efficiency and cost savings.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to forecast inventory requirements, fulfill orders, and address inventory-related issues efficiently.
    • Technology Utilization: Leverage inventory management software and technological tools for streamlined processes and accurate reporting.
    Requirements

    • Knowledge of supervisory practices.
    • Ability to multitask effectively.
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in oral and written communication, including Spanish.
    • Professional communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and achieve set goals.
    • Apt at following instructions and organizing tasks effectively.
    • Thorough understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software and data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
    • Prior experience in inventory management or warehouse supervision, preferably in retail or apparel sectors.
    • Experience with Full Circle ERP is a plus.
    Physical Requirements

    • Visual acuity for reading reports.
    • Aural acuity for effective communication.
    • Physical ability to lift products weighing up to 50 pounds.
    • Manual dexterity and technical proficiency for data entry.
