    Oceanside Center seeks a full time Unit Manager for the Long Term Care unit
    Typical schedule Monday - Friday 8a -4:30p with weekend on-call rotation

    The LPN Unit Manager is responsible for the overall operations of nursing and patient care for an assigned unit within a nursing center in compliance with Genesis policies, state and federal regulations.

    The LPN Unit Manager ensures the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction.

    Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a 1). Associate Degree in Nursing, 3 years of nursing experience. Diploma, 3 years of nursing experience. BSN, 2 years nursing experience. *Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the nursing center state. *Position Type: Full Time

    Pay Target:
    $81,120 - $89,440 / annually
