• Collaborate closely with clients and sales personnel to understand and meet their thermal processing needs, employing a consultative approach to design and proposal development.
• Conduct thorough reviews of client requirements and sales submissions to develop precise design calculations, cost estimations, and proposals that align with fiscal targets and standards.
• Craft detailed and budgetary proposals, ensuring accurate cost analysis and alignment with organizational margin objectives, to assist in project qualification and decision-making processes.
• Engage with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to streamline operations, troubleshoot issues, and enhance product and process quality.
• Manage project documentation and process orders efficiently in the ERP system, maintaining clear and effective communication with internal teams and clients regarding order status and specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement by participating in cross-functional teams, addressing manufacturing, design, and quality challenges, and staying abreast of industry advancements and technologies.
• Represent the organization at client sites, trade shows, and industry events, contributing to product demonstrations and discussions, and enhancing client relationships and business opportunities.

• Proficient in conducting design calculations, cost analysis, and developing technical proposals within the industrial heat processing sector.
• Demonstrated ability in working collaboratively with sales teams, clients, and cross-functional departments to deliver tailored solutions.
• Strong organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain detailed documentation.
