    Description

    Who you are:


    As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Surgical Progressive Care Unit for Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you will care for some of the most acute patient populations.

    The surgical progressive care unit is a 10 bed surgical progressive Care Unit/ICU step down Unit. You will be caring for patients who have undergone post-op cardiac/vascular procedures.


    This is a Full time 30 hour per week Night Shift position- three 12 hour shifts per week alternating with two 12 hour shifts the following week.

    What you'll do:

    • Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status based on interview, examination and review of clinical data.
    • Employing your critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve patient outcomes
    • Demonstrate proficiency in assessing, responding and adapting plan of care to meet the needs of the patient population served by the CMC.
    • You will serve as a mentor for your team
    • You'll have the opportunity to join various clinical committees to help drive exceptional care and create positive outcomes for our patients

    What you'll bring:

    • 1 years of experience as a RN
    • Experience in an acute care setting is highly preferred
    • Current unencumbered RN license in the State of NH
    • American Heart Association BLS certification required
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred
    • BSN strongly preferred
