    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Radiation Oncology Clinical Nurse to join our team at Barnes Jewish St. Peter's Siteman Cancer Center. As a clinical nurse, you will provide direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment
    • Educate patients and their families on how to manage their illness or injury, including post-treatment home care needs and medication administration
    • Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
    • Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with other members of the interprofessional team and patient, family, or caregiver in accordance with established guidelines and standards of nursing care

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree in Nursing
    • No experience required; supervisor experience not required
    • RN licensure
