Job summary

The Bookkeeping Assistant will be responsible for supporting the accounting department by performing fundamental accounting and clerical tasks.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proficient in accounting software, and committed to maintaining accurate financial records.
This role is essential for the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately record daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring proper authorization and coding.
  • Generate and issue customer invoices, and follow up on outstanding receivables (Accounts Receivable).
