- Serves as the recognized technical advisor to the installations across the component/command in programming/implementing the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) given a higher headquarters Strategic Plan and Strategy Map.
- Serves as the technical advisor to the installations across the component/command in Continuous Process Improvement (CPI).
- Directs, coordinates, and oversees project/study work. Serves as the project leader for State-level projects as a subject matter expert (SME).
- Assists the "Black Belt" trainer, as a trainer for introductory methods/tools, also known as "Green Belt" (GB) courses.
- Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with other coordinating organizations.
