    Purpose of Position: Manages a Dort Financial Credit Union branch of team members. Ensures the branch meets organization, financial, operational, service and growth plans. Has limited lending authority. Position will spend 60% of time allocation in developing and maintaining business partner relationships and community events.

    Minimum Formal Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field highly preferred. Equivalent educational and work experience may be considered.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of three to five years of management experience required.
    • Management experience in a financial institution strongly preferred.
    Other Requirements: -
    • Demonstrated leadership proficiency in sales, service and operations.
    • Proven track record in meeting sales goals, ability to meet deadlines and branch goals; ability to manage multiple goals.
    • Proven leadership quality with strong ability to supervise andcoach.
    • Intermediate Word and Excel skills required. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Must be bondable
