Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our organization. As a DPT, you will play a crucial role in providing evidence-based, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients by designing and implementing personalized treatment plans aimed at relieving pain, restoring function, and promoting overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients, including medical history review, physical examination, and assessment of functional limitations.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practices.
Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities to facilitate pain reduction and functional improvement.
Monitor patient progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and educate patients on self-management strategies.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports.
Stay current with advancements in physical therapy research, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

Doctor Physical Therapy (DPT) / or equivalent grandfathered degree from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.
Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $ $130.00 per hour
