    Overview:

    We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Food Runners to join our team at The Delegate Restaurant. As a Food Runner, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of food from the kitchen to our guests' tables, contributing to an outstanding dining experience.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure that dishes are prepared and delivered promptly and accurately to the correct tables.
    • Ensure that dishes are garnished appropriately and any special requests or dietary restrictions are accurately accommodated.
    • Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner, addressing any immediate needs and enhancing their dining experience.
    • Assist with setting up tables, including arranging place settings, utensils, and condiments.
    • Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils during and after guests' meals, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
    • Provide support to servers by delivering additional items such as beverages, condiments, or utensils as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience as a Food Runner or in a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other staff members.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on restaurant schedules.
