Continental US CACI is seeking an IT Operations Technician to support our client, Project Manager Mission Command (PM MC) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
What Youll Get to Do - Testing computer hardware for functionality.

- Hard drive replication and installation - Provision antennas through a defined technical process to connect the equipment and establish satellite communications - Coordinate with OEMs to arrange for repair/replacement of parts both in and out of warranty, including packaging and shipping of equipment to OEMs - Labelling equipment and keeping accurate data lists.

Youll Bring These Qualifications:

- An Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to maintain clearance required. - Prior experience in an IT Technician Role - Proficient use of Excel and other MS Office applications - Desire and ability to learn new technologies
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: - Familiar with Joint Battle Command-Platform (JBC-P) Mounted Family of Computer Systems (MFoCS) hardware - Experience with Hard Desk replicator software - Experience coordinating with OEMs on warranty repairs and service - Experience with asset tracking software such as A2B Tracking and BarTender
