    Description

    SUMMARY

    Facilitates the transportation and ownership needs of retail customers by selling new and used automobiles, accessories, and auto-related items approved by the dealership. Also assists customers through the ownership cycle.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Utilizes professional selling skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers effectively.
    • Records all prospects, leads, lost sales, and follow-up activity in the dealer management system.
    • Greets customers professionally, determines vehicle needs, and introduces them to key staff members.
    • Performs trade evaluations and maintains knowledge of vehicle models and equipment.
    • Explains vehicle features, warranties, optional equipment, and financing terms.
    • Assists in arranging vehicle delivery and educating customers on vehicle operations and warranties.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
    • Ability to read, write, and speak effectively.
    • Basic mathematical and computer skills.
    • Texas state driver's license.
    • Fluency in English and Spanish.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    Requires walking, standing, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    Exposure to various weather conditions and moderate noise levels.
