- Records all prospects, leads, lost sales, and follow-up activity in the dealer management system.
- Greets customers professionally, determines vehicle needs, and introduces them to key staff members.
- Performs trade evaluations and maintains knowledge of vehicle models and equipment.
- Explains vehicle features, warranties, optional equipment, and financing terms.
- Assists in arranging vehicle delivery and educating customers on vehicle operations and warranties.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read, write, and speak effectively.
- Basic mathematical and computer skills.
- Texas state driver's license.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.

SUMMARY
Facilitates the transportation and ownership needs of retail customers by selling new and used automobiles, accessories, and auto-related items approved by the dealership. Also assists customers through the ownership cycle.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Requires walking, standing, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
