Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive, supportive, and innovative teamConsistent, full-time schedule availableShift differential for night overageErgonomic training and supportWhat will you be doing in this role?Providing proactive injury prevention, early symptom intervention, and first aid injury care as defined by OSHA standards, including ergonomic postural/body mechanic education and/or escalation of medical care if neededProviding ergonomic assessments and support by understanding the site operations, job processes, and physical demands to make ergonomic recommendations to prevent more serious musculoskeletal conditions from occurringWorking one on one with manufacturing employees to assess the risk of injury, perform posture coaching, self-care implementation, and overall wellness promotionAssisting Safety Department, Medical Staff, and Production team to assess risks and determine ergonomic solutions, regarding countermeasures, process/element changes, body postures, and team member developmentEnsuring the work environment allows employees to maximize their comfort, safety, and productivity.

Working with Safety and Health Department to implement and enforce standardsKeeping accurate, detailed documentation with efficiency while being able to provide feedback to the industrial athlete and client for continuous health improvementsUnderstanding and providing reports with key metrics to leadership, client partners, and operations managementThis does not necessarily list all responsibilities, duties, requirements, or efforts associated with the job.

Our ideal candidate will have:
The required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensureCPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it prior to the start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)

ACLS certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout entire assigned shiftA high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communicationThe ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervisionBe able to maintain confidentialityStrong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelWhat you get from us:
