Salary:
$83,200 - $87,360 per year (base annual salary + performance-based incentives, calculated for full-time hours)

To achieve success in this role, you will:

Collaborate closely with the doctor to create patient care plans following the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines
Efficiently manage your schedule to ensure comprehensive patient care and education
Enhance your knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development programs
Work harmoniously with other dental team members to deliver exceptional patient care

Requirements:

Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients of diverse backgrounds and age groups
