    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth in designated regions.
    • Perform needs assessments, technical training, and sales presentations to meet customer requirements.
    • Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Develop solutions to address customer challenges and improve their operations.
    • Collaborate with vendors on joint calls and attend trade shows to stay updated on industry developments.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience selling industrial products in the territory, preferably with a strong understanding of electric motors, power transmission, and variable frequency drives.
    • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record are essential for this role.
    • Ability to live in or near the designated sales territory.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is an asset.
