- Owning a book of customers requires driving engagement throughout the customer journey, including sales handoff, onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
- Driving healthy adoption net retention reduces churn by consulting with customers to understand their business goals ensuring ongoing value from PVcase products.
- The role involves engaging executive sponsors within customer organizations as needed owning the value proposition for PVcase's multi-product suite understanding its application to address global needs collaborating across teams Sales Product Marketing for seamless experiences acting as a liaison advocating senior leadership contributing process development projects.
