- Process automated bulk dividend files from asset providers through secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) sites
- Run deposits for 401(k) plans and non-plans
- Process returned deposit checks rejected by the bank
- Research and process returned outstanding checks to find resolution and ensure client satisfaction
- Balance daily transactions ensuring accuracy and entering all times in Trust Accounting and bank accounts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all daily tasks are completed by end of each day
- Perform other duties as assigned
- HS diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking and/or financial services industry
- Experience in the retirement industry preferred
- None required
- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expert-level proficiency in Excel
- Intermediate 10-key skills with a minimum of 9,000 KSPH preferred
- Ability to type 45+ words per minute (WPM) preferred

This position is based out of our Westlake, OH facility and is full-time in-office JOB OVERVIEWThe Operations Associate III, Deposits demonstrates an advanced understanding of incoming check deposits and money movements. In this role, you will review complex tasks and transactions, and maintain documentation within established service levels.
