- Responsible for selling IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), trade-in and data security services offerings.
- Responsible for initial qualification of all inbound buy-back requests from the End-User Sales team.
- Meet and exceed set sales quotas while adhering to rules of engagement.
- Manage all account profiles, improve client utilization and maximize sales.
- Keep and maintain a list of End-User sourced ITAD deals for sales forecasting.
- Maintain oversight of ITAD Project Manager when on site ITAD projects are occurring.
- Maintain oversight of front -line customer communication in tandem with End-User Sales reps.
- Facilitate all communications relative to end-user ITAD pipeline and report to VP of ITAD.
- Manage a complex, enterprise solution sale to include managing the RFP process.
- Liaison with all areas of the company to meet and exceed goals and customer needs.
- Provide an atmosphere of positive teamwork.
- Assume additional responsibilities as required.
- BS in Business, Sales Management or related degree.
- 5 years of sales experience selling to hyper scale infrastructure users.
- Experience with OEM (Dell/EMC, Cisco, Arista, HP, Supermicro and or NetApp), selling to CSP's or hyperscale clients or experience with technology hardware of solution sales for Cloud Service Providers and Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS) or experience selling Data Center solutions (RackSpace, QTS, Digital Reality, CyrusOne, Equinix, etc.) or hyperscale clients.
- Highly motivated with exceptional leadership and written/verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners.
- Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Ability to propose, present and discuss solutions with C-level and decision makers.
- Ability to work independently and use sound judgment in decision making with a results driven orientation.
- Ability to participate as a team member as well as a leader in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.

SUMMARY:
Establish, develop and maintain strong professional relationships with sales representatives and management. This role is critical in being the front-line initial qualification of all potential ITAD leads that come through the End-User Sales team. Work with End-User sales reps on their customer equipment buy-back requests. Perform initial qualification to determine if buy-back request is transaction or potentially a strategic ITAD opportunity. Additionally, this role will assist ITAD Account Execs in servicing major ITAD named accounts as needed.
Compensation: Base Salary $150,000-$175,000 | OTE: $350,000-$375,000-Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including geographic location, skills, relevant education, experience, certifications, and overall alignment with business and organizational needs.
